Monitoring plan
Several GMP+ standards require that a participant sets up and implements a monitoring plan. Appendix GMP+ BA4 Minimum requirements for inspection and analysis specify requirements for feed materials and some kinds of compound feed with regard to the sampling and analysis of a number of (undesirable) substances.

Submitting monitoring results
Appendix GMP+ BA4 Minimum requirements for inspection and analysis also contains the requirement that the analysis results of this minimum monitoring must be sent to the DOS (Undesirable Substances Database). For submitting these analysis results use can be made of the input module of the DOS. In this input module you can also view and manage your own monitoring results.

In order to be able to enter results in the input module, you must be in possession of a (separate) user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password yet, you may obtain these from the administrator of the database. When doing so, state your company name and your GMP+ number.
All GMP+ participants who submit monitoring results, may also view the monitoring results of all other GMP+ participants. The monitoring results of yourself and of the other GMP+ participants are shown anonymously in the DOS and thus give a good picture of the monitoring which is performed by all GMP+ participants.
